Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been processed, allocated, or dispatched.

All cancellation requests must be submitted through our Help Centre:

From there, select the relevant request type and follow the prompts.

Cancellation requests submitted via phone, email, or social media will not be processed.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. You may request a return once the order has been delivered, in accordance with our Returns Policy.
