✔ Understand Delivery Conditions
Deliveries are ground floor only. Items are not brought inside the property. Bulky items may require assistance to unload. Ensure safe and clear access for delivery
✔ Check Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
Warehouse stock: 1–5 business days. Supplier items: 3–7 business days. Bulky freight: 3–10 business days. Delays may occur during busy periods or due to freight conditions.

Inspect all items immediately upon delivery. Report any damage or issues within 3 days. Do not install items before checking them. Claims submitted after this timeframe may be declined.
✔ Returns & Cancellations
Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours if not yet processed
