🔧 Installation Responsibility
All products must be installed by a licensed professional where required. It is the installer’s responsibility to check product suitability before installation. This includes dimensions, set-out, connections, and compatibility

Before installation, ensure:. All items are correct. No damage is present. All parts are included. Do not proceed with installation if any issues are identified.
⚠️ Installed Items
Once a product has been installed:. It is considered accepted in good condition. It cannot be returned or exchanged. Claims for damage or incorrect items may be declined
🔄 Variations
Slight variations may occur in:. Colour and finish. Measurements (minor tolerances). Natural materials. These are not considered faults.

Installation must comply with Australian standards. Waterproofing and plumbing must be completed correctly. We are not responsible for installation errors or associated costs
