Orders are delivered via courier or freight provider. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Tracking will be provided where applicable

Deliveries are ground floor only. Items will not be taken inside the property. Items will not be carried upstairs or into buildings. This is for safety and insurance reasons.
📦 Bulky Items
For large or heavy items:. Items may be delivered on a pallet. You may need to assist with unloading. Ensure access is clear and safe
👤 Someone Must Be Available
A person must be present to receive the delivery. If no one is available, a re-delivery fee may apply

Local deliveries may be scheduled where available. Some carriers may contact you to arrange delivery. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed

You must inspect your order immediately upon arrival:Check for damageCheck all items are correctCheck packaging conditionAll issues must be reported within 3 days.

Do not install damaged items. Do not dispose of packaging before checking goods. Claims submitted after 3 days may be declined

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:. Safe and clear delivery access. Suitable space for unloading. Ability to receive large or heavy items
