All return requests must be submitted through our Returns Portal:

Select your order and follow the prompts to lodge your request.

Returns submitted via phone, email, or in person without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions.

Please note:
• Change of mind returns must be requested within 30 days
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
