What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?Updated 3 months ago

All claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery through our Help Centre:

Please include:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of all packaging

  • A description of the issue

Do not install or dispose of the item before the claim is assessed, as this may void eligibility.

If a parcel is confirmed lost or an item is confirmed faulty or damaged, we will provide a resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
